1.2. We shall not be held liable for any interruption, suspension, or termination of services resulting from:
a) Natural disasters or acts of nature, including but not limited to: – Earthquakes – Floods – Hurricanes – Tornados – Severe storms – Wildfires – Other natural phenomena
b) Acts of war affecting the United States of America, including but not limited to: – Military conflicts – Armed hostilities – Cyber warfare – Terrorist activities – Civil unrest or insurrection – National emergencies declared due to military actions
2.1. In the event of service interruption caused by any of the above circumstances:
a) We shall not be responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages.
b) We shall not be obligated to provide refunds, credits, or other compensation for the period of service interruption.
c) We will make reasonable efforts to restore services as promptly as circumstances permit.
3.1. We will attempt to provide timely updates regarding service interruptions through available communication channels, contingent upon the circumstances and our ability to access communication systems.
4.1. Once the force majeure event has concluded, we will:
a) Assess any damage to our service infrastructure b) Implement necessary repairs and restoration procedures c) Resume normal service operations as quickly as feasible
5.1. By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms regarding service interruptions due to acts of nature or war.
